Abstract: (20 Views)
Maritime incidents are among the types of accidents that directly and indirectly affect human health, the environment, and economic and social structures (1). These incidents may include ship sinkings, chemical or oil spills, vessel collisions, fires on oil platforms, and even humanitarian crises such as illegal sea migrations (2). In such circumstances, health policymaking, as one of the main pillars of crisis management, plays a vital role in reducing human and environmental consequences (3).
